I was deferred before i could tell my side of disturbance, they asked after I was deferred. Y want they look at cameras? I called asst manager sabba for help,and I got deffered.

They're pretty good there was nothing that they could do to resolve the issue right away but they said I'd be contacted in a few days by a general manager and I'm still waiting to be contacted.

Absolutely would not recommend they took my plasma I cannot get paid and nobody can give me an answer nobody calls back from customer service no manager no resolution no ETA and no warning that we won't get paid. Donated over 24 hours ago still can't get my money and I'm getting other people's private personal information absolutely would not recommend

I was humiliated by the lady that works in the back at the plasma place she was making accusations about me that weren't true she said that I could not come back to donate for a thousand days when the other man came in and said I was fine the lady said she suspended me anyway I have had other issues with that lady that suspended me and it's not right it's a type of prejudice I think

I wasted over an hour and a half there at your Decatur AL center. Just to be told I was not able to do the plasma. Which could have easily been avoid if you had the correct information for newcomers. I take insulin and the med list does not say all insulin. I had walk out after all that time, with no money and people wondering why I could not give.

It was my third time Trying to donate the first time I had a very hard time I only got half donated after Being hooked up the second time took just as long But was making the decision maybe I shouldn't do this again it wasn't For me, it was starting to make me sick. I decided to take a few tips and try one more time. The staff lady whose name is ebony Was very rude I was starting to feel sick and asked her to disconnect me Because I was very, very sick. And she said she didn't have time for that crap today and let's Have someone else deal with me and then told me not to come back To this place she was very rude and ignorant I cannot That you allow staff to treat people that way
