I got no response I got no feedback to what I was asking why I have to wait 12 months to come back because I was incarcerated for 3 days I think that is garbage and it should be reconsidered

Shay the lady it's the very best and the only reason I donate and she works at that Thompson road location in Indianapolis she is the only one out of all the companies and any person at any location that can do me without bruising me she is wonderful

I had a good experience I will call and complain when I need to but I also feel it's important to pay compliments when somebody goes above and beyond their call of duty to be a really good employee so that's what I was doing was paying a compliment to Shay the best employee that they could possibly have at the Thompson road location in Indianapolis

I have contacted their corp offices to resolve an issue regarding being deferred from their services for over 10yrs! No one has bothered getting back to me working their allotted time frame they gave me. Called twice with still no response!

The manager contacted me and once the issue was discovered to be valid, it was cleared up for me and made right. It was an unintentional mistake that I do not hold against Grifols. Grifols has been an outstanding place for me to donate plasma and I appreciate the manager actually contacting me and taking the time to resolve this.

Was treated super disrespectfully today after i called about my case i dont need that when i was both injured and mistreated in your donation center did not recieve any type of compensation plus got an allergic reaction then i had to deal with roomates pissed i wasnt able to cover any of the bill portions was bared from donating i almost died in your center from carelessness on unhooking me from the machine your female receptionist today venus i believe treated me with the utmost disrespectfulness and had attitude and lip when i called i dont like that a whole weeks past since my previous donation and i still feel like i just donated yesterday

Disappointed, Speechless, unacceptable, hostile, Manager aggressive refused to say a (with all honesty simple common decency five word 1. S 2. O 3. R 4. R 5. Y when the initial instigator enquired twords a tattoo on my right hand top to bottom ' DIMITTETUR ILLI' (( Forgiveness in Roman Catholic Latin)) a screener and apparent expert ink inspector asked when was it done " Years ago." "It looks pretty fresh compared to the rest of yours." " Yeah I'm an old man these were all done in the 90's" ((( I have 14 on both of my lower arms))) "Have you had it touched up?" " Yes" -truth "When?" "Years ago" -Truth. I passed, stuck in my right arm, and began reading a magazine. The Screener approached with a smile and agenda. " Do you have any pictures 4 months or older of your tattoo? I don't believe that's old it looks fresh." " No" She she smiled and explained I was to be Deferred as a police officer reads the Miranda rights and walks Then "Wait a minute let me text my Wife." In the 18 minutes it took the girl to pull out the needle and wrap me I received 7 pictures spanning 4 years with my tattoo and Ironically I was surrounded by employees as well as Kyle who have known me, stuck me many many times being a loyal dedicated polite dooner for 3 YEARS! No one ( and believe me all eyes were on me) said nor spoke up for me. No one. I went to an office Kyle stood 4 feet from me chest puffed out sleeves pushed up faded tattoos peeking out and arms crossed. The nurse? Well rather conveniently told me my chart had no record of that particular tattoo. Hmmmm the nurse inspected me top to bottom, my wife remembers going over every tattoo with me but that sounds like an employee's error and as for me they wanted pictures? Back to back produced what Kyle already knew and we'll the fact I got payed.... Thanks for being falsely accused and side stepping around being called a Liar. No apologies they were right I was wrong bombarded with the F word went to the lobby and called corporate.)
